Orders

You can view your order history and the status of your order under your account page. Once you receive a tracking number, you should be able to check the status of your order.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including PayPal.

Processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). General shipping time is usually 3-5 business days after your order is processed. After your order is processed, your items will ship. NOTE: Processing and Shipping Times are not the same

 

Products

Yes, our makeup products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds/exchanges of any cosmetic or accessories due to hygienic reasons, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. We reserve the right to refuse all orders.

If your order arrived and it is defective/damaged, you must contact us via Email within two days (48) business hours of receiving the product. You must take a photo of the damaged item(s), along with the packaging slip. Once we review your issue, we will contact you with instructions on how to return the damaged/defective item(s). Please send all inquiries to info@spunkcosmetics.com.

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow changes or cancellations, once you have made your order.

Shipping

Once all orders have left the processing center and a tracking number is assigned, the responsibility is now with the particular carrier that we use to ship the orders. SPUNK COSMETICS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; therefore, we cannot issue a refund of any kind. If your package is lost or stolen, you can submit a claim with the courier that was used, whether it is USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Products that you order are shipped to the address that the customer provided during checkout. We cannot adjust the address information once an order has been placed. If you submitted the wrong address during checkout, Spunk Cosmetics is not responsible for it. We cannot issue a refund for this matter or send you a new item free of charge. Please make sure that all information is correct before placing your order.

If your order is returned, you will have to pay another shipping fee to have it re-delivered. SPUNK COSMETICS is not responsible for shipment issues caused by any courier.
